Theresa Bell

Theresa has been with Retiree First as part of the Account Management team since November 2012. She began her customer service career in 2003, working as a Senior Loan Coordinator in the Mortgage Industry primarily focusing on working with applicants to secure home loans. In 2009, she continued her customer service career, starting in the Insurance Industry as an Operations Manager for the Reimbursement Division of a Geriatric Rehabilitation company. Her long history working with the public has made customer service one of her specialties.

She is passionate about making the insurance process as painless as possible for the retired members. She understands that insurance can be complicated and confusing. Her motto is, “Treat every member as you would want your own family member to be treated”.
