Our Advocates Bring a Human Touch to Retiree Benefits

Our Retiree Advocacy Services are our true hallmark. Our Advocates are dedicated to helping members navigate the complex retiree healthcare landscape, building real relationships with members, and helping them with everything from billing issues to connecting to health and wellness programs. We’re also dedicated to our employees’ professional growth, and provide opportunities for Advocates to advance in their career, including specialized geriatric training and AHIP certification.

Our advocacy program is a world–class service model embedded into all our offerings. It’s so unique that members often send thank you cards and gifts of appreciation—we have a whole wall of them hanging in our office.
