David Zawrotny
Chief Service Officer
As Chief Service Officer and Co-Founder, David plays a critical role in leading all Client and Member service functions at RetireeFirst.
David oversees all client onboarding to ensure a seamless integration process. Additionally, he conceptualized and pioneered our Retiree Advocacy Services, in which he leads our entire team of in-house member Advocates who handle inbound and outbound calls for all retiree members. Our Retiree Advocacy Services ensures that all retirees speak to live Advocates regarding their specific issues, and the Advocates place outbound calls to pharmacies, providers, carriers, and other entities on the retirees’ behalf until all questions/issues are fully resolved. Under David’s leadership, our advocacy program has grown into a truly unique concierge service that is invaluable to clients, carriers, and retirees, and it routinely generates the highest Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for customer service excellence.
David has also developed many of RetireeFirst’s internal policies and procedures regarding compliance, privacy, and security.
Prior to RetireeFirst, David worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, including DuPont, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Fortune Brands in strategy, healthcare benefits, and development. He graduated with Cum Laude honors from Franklin and Marshall College and obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. David resides in Southern New Jersey and enjoys traveling, cooking, and photography, with the occasional round of golf.
