Miami-Dade County has partnered with RetireeFirst, a healthcare advocacy provider, to help you understand your Medicare options for 2026.

During Medicare Open Enrollment (October 15 – December 7, 2025), call RetireeFirst and speak with a dedicated agent who will help you understand your options, and you can choose the plan that fits your needs best. Have your current prescriptions and provider information ready.

Who is RetireeFirst?

RetireeFirst is your partner in navigating Medicare. They provide personalized support before, during, and after enrollment, so you’ll always have someone to assist with:

  • Questions about plan design and coverage
  • Billing and copay issues
  • Copay assistance/grant programs for high-cost drugs
  • Medical and prescription authorizations
  • The appeals process for denied services
  • Mail-order prescriptions and formulary lookups
