He also understood the significance of preserving retiree benefits to enable retirees to enjoy a healthy, happy, fulfilling retirement. He co-founded RetireeFirst to design and administer Medicare-based group retiree health benefit plans on behalf of clients, and to help retirees navigate the complex healthcare benefits marketplace. He has led the company’s strong growth among labor unions, public sector entities, and commercial organizations.
John is often featured as a presenter and keynote speaker at trade conferences throughout the country. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. He resides in Southern New Jersey and remains involved with community commitments, including coaching his high school alma mater’s football team, for which he played.
