As Chief People Officer, Tricia leads and executes Retiree First’s human resources strategy in support of our business and organizational goals. In her role, Tricia oversees the human resources function including talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, performance management, employee and organizational development, talent planning, employee engagement and retention. Tricia’s team focuses on taking care of team members at Retiree First, which is critical to our success in supporting our clients and members.
Tricia has over 20 years of human resources leadership experience, mostly working in high-growth, multi-site organizations in healthcare, veterinary and insurance industries. She has worked in both small and medium-sized organizations and has spent a good portion of her career building human resources functions in preparation for growth. Tricia graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Labor & Industrial Relations and St. Joseph’s University with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development & Leadership. Tricia also has professional certifications including a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).
