Tricia joined the Retiree First Account Management team in November 2021, bringing 20 years of experience in client management within the health insurance and benefits administration industries. Tricia attended Drexel University where she studied Business Administration and she is a licensed Accident and Health or Sickness Producer. Her career in Account Management began with a Philadelphia-based insurance company, where she managed all facets of plan renewals for 150 large employers in the tri-state region. Tricia then transitioned into Account Management for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) of Section 125 cafeteria plans, including Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, and other tax-advantaged accounts. Prior to joining the Retiree First team, Tricia spent over seven years with a TPA for Taft-Hartley multi-employer benefit funds, including health and welfare and pension funds. Developing relationships with clients and their retirees is what Tricia enjoys most about her role at Retiree First and she strives to provide excellent customer service to them as they navigate the world of retiree healthcare.
