The Account Manager acts as the direct contact for the fund staff of their assigned groups. They are responsible for proficiently solving issues in a timely manner and maintaining a strong, long-lasting client relationship. The Account Manager is responsible for generating proposals and group implementation including onboarding of new groups and client renewals.
