As the Senior Vice President for Commercial Market Growth, Sheila’s primary focus is to build and lead the go-to-market strategy for commercial employers. She leads a national team of sales professionals who design solutions for group retiree benefit programs that provide higher member satisfaction while delivering savings for the plan.
Sheila is a healthcare business leader and board member known for driving innovation and exponential business growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. Prior to joining RetireeFirst, Sheila enjoyed a 30+ year career with Cigna, serving as the President of the Public Sector, Hospitals and TPA businesses.
She is on the board of First Choice Health, serving on the Finance and Compensation committees. Sheila is also the Chair, serving on the Governance committee of Girls on the Run, Inc., a national non-profit with a vision to help all girls activate their potential and boldly pursue their dreams. Sheila holds a B.S, in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA
